Very disappointing and unfortunately not a relaxing experience. I love massages and typically go to Happy Feet, but they were fully booked, so I decided to try this place since it was close by. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the prices were higher but that was fine. I was also charged before receiving my massage and was asked to tip before the service even started. I gave a 20% tip, but I found that process unusual and unprofessional. I paid for a 30-minute massage, but after only about 22 minutes, she stopped and said the massage was finished. When I pointed out that I had paid for 30 minutes, she continued, but it felt as though she was doing me a favor rather than simply providing the service I had already paid for. The entire interaction made me feel very uncomfortable, and at that point, the experience was no longer enjoyable or relaxing. Ultimately, I did not feel like I got my money’s worth, and the overall experience felt very unprofessional. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place.
